Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders over $69 qualify for free standard shipping (available for US and most European countries).

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 7–12 business days (Standard)

Europe: 8–14 business days (Standard)

Other Countries: 10–20 business days (Standard)

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays, especially during peak holiday seasons.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become available.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are covered by Veirousa. Customers will not be required to pay any additional charges during or after shipping.

Damages & Lost Packages
Veirousa is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

Separate Shipments

We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
