Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition received
  • In its original packaging
  • Free of damage, stains, or signs of use

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at support@veirousa.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Returns must be approved by our support team before shipping the item back.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect or an error caused by Veirousa, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased through final sale promotions
  • Used or opened kits that cannot be resold
