Order Cut Off Time

Generally, order cut off time will be 06:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).

Change of Address

We are unable to change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change your shipping location, please contact us via email at support@veirousa.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Separate Shipments

We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
